Randy Scott Walters, 56, of Charleston, passed away Oct. 3, 2015 at home.

He was born June 5, 1959 in Charleston, a son of Ruby Edith Living Walters and the late Garnet "Jack" Clifford Walters. He graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School, class of 1977. He worked for many years at the Kanawha County Club as the clubhouse manager.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Douglas J. Walters of Charleston; his sister, Sue W. Ragland and her husband, Paul D. Ragland, of Cross Lanes; three nephews, Brandon, Sean and Chad; three great-nephews; three great-nieces; and his best friend of 50 years, Billy Taylor.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at Bartlett Burdette Cox Funeral Home, 513 Tennessee Ave., Charleston, with Pastor Dr. Melissa Pratt officiating.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1601 2nd Ave., Charleston, WV 25387, and/or Teays Valley Church of God, 6979 Teays Valley Road, Scott Depot, WV 25560.
